       இன்றைய  பகுதிநேர  பயிற்றுநர்களின்  மனநிலை , 
          நாம்  பணியமர்ந்து,  நான்கு  ஆண்டுகள்    ஆகின்ற நிலையில்  இன்னும்  பணி  நிரந்தரம்   இல்லை   எத்தனை  முறை  முயன்றும்  பலனில்லை ,  என்ற   ஏக்கத்துடன் ,  எதிர்பார்ப்புடனும் ,  நாளும்  நாட்களை  எண்ணியபடி  விரக்தியடைந்த  நிலையில்  உள்ளனர் .
        ஆனால் ,  நமக்கெல்லாம்  ஒரு  விஷயம் ,  நினைவில்  கொள்ள வேண்டும் . 
           கிட்டத்தட்ட  முப்பது  ஆண்டுகளாக   ஏன்   ,  கடந்த   ஆட்சியில்  கூட  நம்மை  பற்றி  நினைத்துப்  பார்க்க   ஆளில்லை . . 
            இந்த  பொற்கால ஆட்சியில்   நம்மையும்   ஆசிரியர்களாக்கி  அழகு  பார்க்கின்றனர் . .
             ஆனால்  நம்மில்  சிலர்  பணிநிரந்தரத்தை  எண்ணி  கவலை  கொள்கின்றனர் , 
              ஆசிரியர்ப் பணிக்காக  இலட்சக்கணக்கில்  பணம்  செலவழிக்க  காத்திருக்க . ......நாம்  ......
              இவ்வேலை  இல்லாமல் ,   இருந்தால்  நாம்   என்னவாயிருப்போம்.. யோசித்து  பார்ப்போமா.......
               தனியார்  நிறுவனத்தில்  பணியாற்றி  வரும்  நம்  ஆசிரியர்  நிலைகளை  நம்  ஆசிரியர்களையே விசாரித்தால் நிலை   புரியும் . ..
               இனி  யாரும்  வருத்தப்பட  வேண்டிய  நிலை   இல்லை . .
             விரைவில்  நமக்கான  ஆணை  வரவிருக்கிறது . ....
              மரத்தை  நட்டவர்கள்  தண்ணீர்  விடாமலா... போவார்களா.....!!!!!!!
             நாம்  வாடினால்  முதலில்  வருத்தம்   அடைவது   அவர்களாகத்தான்...இருக்க  முடியும் . ....
